The architecture

The modern furnishing, the decoration, the materials and colour we choose for our architectural works clearly demonstrate what our target is: to renovate our tradition of hospitality but preserve the harmony between our past and future, between leisure and relaxation, between the freshness of ideas and the warmth we have always shown to host our guests.




The position

We are in the heart of Abano Terme, while only a short walk from the central pedestrian area, it is protected by a large luxurious park, with a terrace for refreshments and parties in the summer, indoor and outdoor thermal pools, a large solarium, a gymnasium, a bowling field and a hard tennis court, a guarded car park and the garage.

 

The Hospitality

You will be welcomed in a large and luminous hall but our welcoming smile will make you feel at home. The public rooms for reading, chatting and playing become the places where theme parties, performances, piano bar and dancing nights take place.
 

The cuisine

We believe well-being is a global concept and you will live that at Igea Suisse hotel. Well-being means a healthy and careful cuisine where new dishes are created to offer you a wider choice and to please your senses. A rich buffet of seasonal vegetables, fish and first dishes, DOC meats and homemade desserts.
We believe in the revival of regional cuisine and the quality of classical Italian tastes and flavours, but the best international recipes are a part of our cuisine too.
 

The rooms

We have created various types of rooms to satisfy international quality standards, but we have maintained the warmth, brightness and love for detail that distinguish our “home”.

The Standard rooms have an area of about 15 sq. meters (the single rooms) or 25 sq. m. (the twin-bedded rooms or the double rooms). They are all equipped with balcony, satellite TV, direct telephone, shower and hairdryer. On demand air conditioning and minibar are available. Standard rooms are all situated on the side of the internal hotel parking, to the south.

The “Superior” rooms have a traditional style and overlook the beautiful gardens and the swimming-pool. The Superior rooms are situated on the North side of the hotel.

“Comfort” rooms have been recently renovated in services and style. We dedicated particular care to details which make them an ideal place for relaxing and healthy vacations. These rooms have been really appreciated by all of our guests, both old and new, even those who come have different lifestyles.

The De Luxe rooms are the latest result of our process of gradual and continuous renovation, using a formula that has been appreciated by three generations of guests.

Today this renovation formula is confirmed as successful by our old guests, who are pleasantly surprised by these new rooms, and by the new guests as well; in fact those who honour us with their presence are completely satisfied by the comfort and style of these rooms.

The beds are very comfortable and large (110 cm wide), different lighting options, the 25” TV set, the tea corner, the mirror under the original skylight of the bathroom, and above all the large window over the terrace made from natural “acajù” wood which invites you to have a sunny breakfast or an intimate dinner.
These are details typical of a home and they contribute to create a refined but also cosy atmosphere.




Free time and relaxation

Relaxation vacations to regenerate your mind and body can be spent simply reading a good book in the gardens, having a swim in thermal water, chatting while having a hydro-massage in the swimming-pool or feeling the sun on your skin while drinking a colourful refreshing drink. The swimming-pool and the park are also places full of activities, for example you can take part in the Aquagym courses or have stretching and postural exercises in the gym. Moreover you can enjoy bike rides in the cities or follow natural itineraries. For more dynamic people, there is a tennis court available whilst quieter people may can take refuge at our bowling ground.
